Black Sheep Notebook Cover

Description

These book covers come in different sizes and are supplied with the notebook as detailed. Made from vegetable tanned leather these beautiful covers look simple but are full of personality as well as providing protection for your book. It has a fastening belt to hold the cover together and the belt and the loop are fastened using copper rivets. Would make a perfect present and can be embossed with name/initials as a custom order at no extra cost. 

Refills for the books/journals provided with this cover are from Paperchase. Part of their vintage look Kraft range, all FSC assured, and the details of the type of the book are on the sticker at the back of the books/journals.

The Italian vegetable tanned leather is termed ‘Full Grain’.  It is the best quality of the hide and each piece comes with its own unique patterns arising from: skin folds, scars, veins and other markings. It is not like the cheaper commercial leathers that strip off the top layer, and then emboss a pattern back on, to make the leather look evenly textured and coloured.   Full grain leathers retain their original natural beauty and individuality unique to the animal it has been made from.
