Delivery, Returns & Refunds
I mainly use Hermes but occasionally other companies with a delivery record and will email a tracking number once the order is dispatched. All orders require a signature on receipt.
High value products will be sent using appropriate insured postage.
UK delivery times can vary so please allow up to 7 days before contacting me, for a failed delivery, using the contact form.
My products are available for International Delivery including: North America, Australia, the Middle East and China. Delivery times can vary please allow up to 20 working days before contacting me, for a failed delivery, using the contact form.
Taxes and Duties: International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’ more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the importation of goods from Black Sheep Leather does not breach any relevant legislation.
Black Sheep Leather takes no responsibility for items held or confiscated by your country’s customs and will not issue a refund in these circumstances. If in any way you feel that this may be a problem always check with your local customs regulation before ordering.
Made to Order
All made to order items will take longer to dispatch. Depending upon the complexity of the design and the availability of components dispatch could take up to 14 working days from the date the has been agreed. Every effort will be made to produce made to order items as soon as possible dates and timing will be agreed on an individual basis.

If more than one item is purchased the charge is based on a single item. If a small and large item are purchased together, the charge is base on a single large item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, please return the item(s) to me in their original condition within 14 days from date of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility including any currency conversion costs.
It is important that any unwanted items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition with the receipt. I would expect this to mean that you’ve kept all the original packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, please note that I cannot return any: taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. Certain countries operate schemes for consumers to reclaim import taxes and duties however this will require a specific application by you to your local government or authority. I am unable to support these applications or support the return of import taxes and duties in countries that do not offer this scheme. Please state “Returned item” after the product description on the Customs Declaration form this should avoid duty being paid in the UK.
All refunds will be credited to your original payment. A full refund will be available for all items assessed as suitable for re-listing. I reserve the right to assess the returned item with respect to any damage, ware and tear or damage in transit and base the value of any refund accordingly. I will not refund postage and any import duty payable by me will be deducted. For international refunds I cannot be held responsible for any loses due to currency fluctuations.
